Return Policy
We accept returns only if:
- The dispatched item was not on your order.
- Damaged goods by courier will not be claimed against company.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale/Deals items cannot be refunded.
- All such items must be reported within 24 hours of the receipt of your order for a refund/replacement claim and must be sent to us in their original packing within 3 working days.
- There are no charges for returns.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
- Any claims that do not meet above mentioned criteria will not be entertained. Any claim for damages will be acceptable if you provide video proof of unboxing the goods.
